Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SchemaLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use SchemaLens.
2. Description of Service
SchemaLens is a schema intelligence platform for Postgres teams. It introspects database schemas, generates workspace documentation, and provides collaboration tools. The service is provided as-is, subject to these terms.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@schemalens.io.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, use SchemaLens to store or transmit malicious code, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in ways that violate applicable law.
5. Billing and Plans
Free plan access is provided at no charge subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of SchemaLens is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Limitation of Liability
SchemaLens is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SchemaLens after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
